Not all ECUs are created equal — and when it comes to dialing in fuel injectors, especially with factory engine control units, the software formatting and units of measurement can vary depending on how the original engineer designed the system.
Unfortunately, some injector suppliers simply pull random injectors from a bin and provide only an average flow rating — or no individual test data at all. This leads to inconsistency, poor tuning results, and unreliable engine performance.
ECU tuning software such as HP Tuners, SCT, Diablosport, EFILive, COBB, and Holley EFI each require data formatted to match the factory ECU’s original calibration structure. That’s why accurate, injector-specific flow data is critical for proper tuning and seamless ECU integration.

The collected data files are then uploaded to our proprietary processing system, along with key injector details for analysis.

To generate accurate injector characterization data, you’ll need to send us a matching set of injectors for testing.
We require a minimum of 4 matching injectors per set (up to a maximum of 8).
Our software compiles results from testing no fewer than four injectors at a time to ensure consistent and statistically valid data.
Once processing is complete, we’ll email you a comprehensive data package in nine ECU formats:
GM, Ford, Dodge, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Bosch, and Universal Aftermarket ECU (Holley/MS3).
