Fuel Injector Data-

Not all ECUs are created equal, and when it comes to dialing in fuel injectors (especially with the factory ECU) the formatting of the software and the units used will vary depending on what the engineer who wrote the factory code was most comfortable with or was required to use. There are fuel injector companies out there that will literally just pick random injectors of the same size out of a bin, and might send them to you with just an average flow rating or even no data at all, instead of individual characteristics.

When it comes to ECU tuning there are many different types of ECU reflash software out there, like HP Tuners, SCT, Diablosport, EFILive, COBB, Holley EFI, and so on. And each of these software's have to present their data in the same formatting as the engineer who programmed the factory ECU.

What we do-

We take the injectors and flow them through our bench that features a laboratory grade flow meter. The data file(s) are then uploaded to our online tool along with a few key pieces of information for processing. Since our math is done by an actual calibration engineer who has had to use this data daily in OEM and emissions compliant applications, you can be assured that it’s done right.

Why Proper Data is so Important-

Proper injector data is critical in giving the ecu the ability to control the injectors properly. If you have the wrong data entered into the ecu you will be chasing your tail trying to get the engine to respond. This can cause drivability concerns, TQ managements issues, loss of fuel economy, and so on.

Gathering Data on YOUR Injectors

You will need to send us a set of injectors for data collection. No less than 4 matching injectors in a set (max of 8 matching).

The software compiles data from running test on NO LESS than 4 injectors on a time.

We will email you data in 9 different formats!

Those Formats are- GM, Ford, Dodge, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Bosch, & Universal Aftermarket ECU (Holley/MS3)

Types/Style Injectors

We test/provide data on Top Feed High Impedance Port Injectors ONLY. Validated to work with injectors ranging from 2-38 g/s flow rates.

-NO GDI/Direct Injection Injectors.

-NO Low Impedance Injectors

Process & Cost

COST is $250 per set plus return shipping. (Rush orders are available AT REQUEST for additional cost)

Process is- You need to box-up and send us your injectors. Fill-out our Customer Sheet on the HOME PAGE and select "OTHER". Be sure to put "DATA NEEDED!". Be sure to send that paper in with your injectors.

We need an EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND YOU YOUR DATA!! Alternatively, we can load it on a USB that YOU MUST PROVIDE.
