Gasoline EFI Injectors Service

 Testing at multiple pulse widths and RPMs for accuracy and consistency.
Includes leak, spray, and flow testing plus multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning (1–8 injectors).

• Ohm test of injector coil
   
• Heated ultrasonic cleaning
   
• Static & dynamic flow tests
   
• New O-rings, filters, seals (as available)
   
• Lubrication & documented flow sheet

We use GDI-specific testing equipment to evaluate injectors at true operating pressures following OEM injector-specific test plans.
Each injector’s flow and spray pattern are analyzed in a liquid-filled chamber under real-world pressure conditions.
Flow volume is measured in cubic centimeters per shot, using precision instrumentation for unmatched accuracy and consistency
